Hi,

I have two C887VAM-K9 routers same firmware "c887VAM-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-3.M3.bin" same configuration but 1 does not connect and I think the problem is the VDSL controller which I present the screenshots, I also tried to upgrade the controller firmware, but does not accept any files.

Hello,

what is the ooperating mode of the controller ? Make sure it is set to 'auto':

Router#configure terminal

Router(config)#controller vdsl 0

Router(config-controller)#operating-mode auto

Router(config-controller)#end

Router#write memory

Also, who is your ISP ? Post the full configuration of the router that does not connect...

delete this file from flash (back it up first, just in case you need it again), then reboot the router:

post the full output of 'show controller vdsl 0', not just snippets. We need to find out which .bin file is being used.

Also, who is your ISP, what country are you in ?

I've applied the recommended changes, but nothing changes, the vDSL controller seems to be stuck.
