C9606 High memory utilization

Memory utilization frequently exceeds 80%.

The init process is using high memory.

Does anyone know the cause and solution?

I opened a case and here's the response
 
Problem Description:
 
Symptom: Memory issue
Hardware Information: C9606R
 
Software Information: 17.3.3 <<< EoSM: March 31, 2023
