can i mail from my internal smtp server to outside mai ids Like yahoo, gmail.com
my connectivity is like smtp connected to CoreSwitch->Firewall->Internet Router->Internet

We really need more information as for where your mail server sits in the mix of network equipment (behind core, dmz off firewall, etc.), but generally if you can browse the web through your config, you should be able to send email outbound if port 25 is allowed through.
I don't know what type firewall you have, but allow port 25 outbound for your mail servers IP, and you should be fine.

I'm sure you'll want to "receive" mail as well so for that you'll need more config.
Again we'll need to know more about your config but the basics are you'll need a static NAT translation(preferred) & inbound ACL allowing TCP/25 to the mail server IP.
