Hello,

on a side note, was the device registered in CSSM before adding the booster license to the Virtual account license repository ? Might be worth checking, as the below applies:

Note: In IOS-XE 17.3.1 and older versions the platform hardware throughput level boost command is only available after a successful registration in CSSM.
The command will not be available if the device had been registered in CSSM before the license is added to the Virtual Account license repository. You have to deregister and register back the device to CSSM to execute the platform hardware throughput level boost command.

The serial number of the license PAK is not the same as the serial number of the router.  The License file is not meant for this router.

The LIC installed and shows up in show license though?

Post the complete output to the command "sh license feature".

No, Boost Performance license is not enabled.

This router only has the "basic" (and default) IPBasek license.

Boost license is not enabled because the license PAK has a different serial number to this router.
