Can you remove a SPA-1X10GE-L-V2 from an ASR1002 without powering down?

As title. I need to remove a 10gb module SPA-1X10GE-L-V2 from an ASR1002 but I'm hoping I don't have to power down the unit to do so.

Can this be done?
