Cannot enable model-driven streaming telemetry on Cisco IOS XE 16.12.3

Hello everyone,

I am using CSR1000v (IOS XE 16.12.3) in GNS3 and I have issues while trying to enable streaming telemetry.

I have followed page: Programmability Configuration Guide, Cisco IOS XE Gibraltar 16.12.x. 

First issue that I am facing is that the output of command

show platform software yang-management process 

is not as expected. In my case two processes are not started (confd and syncfd):

 

Anyway, I have continued to follow the process described on the page. When I finished setting up streaming telemetry (as described on the page) I checked output of the command:

show telemetry ietf subscription 1 detail

Output was:

Apparently schema is not available and streaming telemetry won't work.

I didn't manage to find what this error means, nor how to fix it.

Do you have any ideas?

Can you share the configs and output sessions in text file?

In archive (running-congif.zip) you can find output of command: show running-config.

Additionally I have tried to connect to device via Cisco Yang Suite and connection to NETCONF failed. Please see image below.
