I am looking to build a home lab for CCNA. My company will pay for the equipment If I can find a list directly from Cisco that names the equipment per lab or a third party that Cisco redirects to. Does anyone have any information or links they can share for the required hardware setups for the labs so I can present them to my employer? There must be some type of validation from Cisco pointing to any 3rd parties in order to be justifiable by the purchaser.
Thanks in advance guys and gals!

thank you for your input. I have visited this site and others close to it but what I need for my work is some form of verification or an endorsement or an equipment list stated by Cisco. I had heard that there is an equipment list in the actual lab manuals. Can anyone confirm or dispute this?

This is official page like blue print of CCNA, so your device should able to cover all the topics.
Depend on budge you can switches and routers. (my suggestion is least cost for saving, and some can be used again for CCNP)

a lot of cisco gear can be spun up virtually using GNS, inconjunction with like VMware of Oracle virtual box.
I would start there first, what sort of lab are you trying to build?

@Dennis Mink yes i was thought first same, but as new starter, they need to know physical hardware look and field them to work in real environment.
why i suggest physical hardware couple of reasons :
1. they have physcal access
2. they do stacking and understand stacking.
3. connecting Port with patch leads
4. connnect to console and upgrade the firmware.
like many advantage for starters (this is my personal point of view)
