I have a 1921 router with a V.2 T1 wic installed connected to a MPLS circuit. The circuit is down hard and the CD light is flashing. We reseated the WIC card and the circuit recovered for about 30 seconds, then went down and CD began flashing again on the WIC. AL is solid. Any Ideas as to what could be causing this??
