Cellular interface issue

I have an odd issue where my cellular interface seems to have lost its connection.
Background here is the site was originally working over 4G, but we have now connected a new wired WAN to the router (ISR1111).
I notice now that the cellular interface has lost its layer 3 address despite showing as up/up:

Cellular0/2/0 unassigned YES IPCP up up
Prior to connecting the new primary WAN connection, this had an IP Address.
Looking at the details of the cell, I can see that it looks like the 4G has dropped its details:

Modem Firmware Version = SWI9X30C_02.33.03.00
Device Model ID = EM7430
International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) =
International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) = 355813071281213
Integrated Circuit Card ID (ICCID) =
Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services
Digital Network-Number (MSISDN) =
Factory Serial Number (FSN) = LR110471560110
Modem Status = Modem Online
Current Modem Temperature = 38 deg C
PRI SKU ID = 1102682, PRI version = 002.067_000, Carrier = TELSTRA
OEM PRI version = 000.012

Profile Information
====================

Profile 1 = INACTIVE* **
--------
PDP Type = IPv4
Access Point Name (APN) = telstra.corp
Authentication = CHAP
Username = cell-xxxxxxxxxxx
Password = xxxxxxxx

I have configured a number of these across a few sites, but I have not seen a similar issue to this.
I presume a sort of SLA might help me out, nut I'm not how that might look.
Any tips would be appreciated

Further update on this as I have been away. @paul driver the SIM that was showing up as NONE is inserted and was working, I have since replaced this and it is now working. Thats a third SIM in fact!

I have since replicated the issue and have tried a new SIM, but to no avail. I am now seeing

Active SIM = 0.

Will endeavour to troubleshoot this further.
