Check for Blocked Port

Hello All

I am tryinging to find where a port (7800) is being blocked withing a section of the network which does not have any firewalls.

Is there any way i can try to find where the port is getting blocked in the network section?

If you have no firewalls there may be an access list, are you sure it is being blocked?
