cisco 1841 router LAN port hanging issues on MPLS

Dear All,

I have 3 locations connected with MPLS connectivity … 2 mbps , 2 mbps branches and 4 mbps and HO

HO, I have Cisco 1841 router

Last few days I am facing problem that Cisco 1841 router’s Lan port suddenly stop working and connectivity get disconnected.

In this stage branch offices can reach up to CISCO 1841 WAN port.

( I have changed 2 different router assuming router problem but issues remain same, Hence No hardware problem )

Please help me if anyone seen this problem …thanks

Hi,

I guess the links are on ethernet try using IP SLA command.

Also check the port configuration @ provider end.

I'm also having same problem here. after few days router LAN is hanging. after restarting router works fine for few days. I have enabled logs too. but there is nothing. if anyone can help much appreciated.

Hi,

Kindly provide the output of "show proc cpu sorted" & "show proc memory sorted" when you see the issue again.

Are your monitoring router in any monitoring software did u see cpu usage. also enabling netflow on router to monitor traffic when this happens.
