Good day,
I would like to confirm if I can use a wic-2T card on a Cisco 1921 router? I have read different articles on this and they are saying different things.
Can I run crypto on the router? I want to use it to terminate an IPSec Tunnel.
Regards
Nelson

Hello,
I think you can use HWIC-2T supported in 12.4(15)T onwards with IP Base license. The WIC-2T is no longer supported on newer ISRs.
For IPSec and crypto, firstly a K9 image required, also I believe you will need a Security License

Thanks a lot Bilal, I also have a Security License, and all is looking good.
