Cisco 1941/k9 rommon error

when i am trying to boot my Cisco 1941/k9 router getting to rommon mode and unable to load image

 

rommon 6 > dir flash0:
program load complete, entry point: 0x80803000, size: 0x1b340
Directory of flash0:

 

also I changed registery  file 


rommon 8 > confreg 0x2102


rommon 8 > reset

 

but again its rebooting to rommon mode

 

how I can fix this?

1.  How do you know there's an IOS file in your flash?  Have you visually inspected the back of the appliance to determine if the CF is present? 

 

2.  Console into the router and reboot the router.  Post the entire bootup process.
