Cisco 1941 Router PPPoE ADSL Conf

Hi

I m getting the below debug log and can not get IP from my ISP. It is static IP address and there is modem in bridge mode for the adsl line. Can everyone please suggest what is missing?

We are getting below error in Debug logs

May  3 13:42:19.064 UTC: Vi2 PPP: Outbound cdp packet dropped, NCP not negotiated

you say its a static ip adddress but you have enabled the dailer int for dhcp?

can you post the whole config if the router?

also try turning off both devices then turn the modem back on first.
