Cisco 1941 Router to Router Routing

Hello,

Thank you all for all the help previously with my other posts. I've divided my two current issues into two current posts therefore some of the verbiage may translate across the posts and they will seem like they are the same.

I have attached for reference a topographical overview of my current network config:

LogicalNetwork.png

The WLC Static IP is not relevant to this post.

The current issue I'm having is that PC1 which is directly connected to the Netgear Router (172.16.0.X) Subnet cannot communicate with anything attached to my Cisco Router, for example if I try to ping the AD Server (172.16.0.5) I get a request timed out.

I've attempted to setup an outbound policy that would allow connections from outside in, I can download updates access the internet from the internal LAN but I can't seem to do any peer-to-peer connections. This is an issue due to me recently starting to host servers such as a small Minecraft server to kick things off.

How can I port-forward the IP address 172.16.255.69 along with TCP/UDP port 25565? In the configuration I tried:

ip nat inside source static tcp 172.16.255.69 25565 interface GigabitEthernet0/0 25565
ip nat inside source static udp 172.16.255.69 25565 interface GigabitEthernet0/0 25565
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 172.16.0.1

access-list 100 permit ip 172.16.255.0 0.0.0.255 any

Any advice?
