cisco 2610 with dsl

i need to connect my 2610 with the dsl modem. i also have a Dlink wireless router di-524 which is capable of running PPOpe that i need to connect to the network. what will be cheapest solution? I dont wanna buy NM-4e coz it cost almost same as a 2611 at ebay.

2nd question: if i buy 2611 with dual ethernet port, how can i connect 2610 to 2611? I mean cable and connection type?
