Cisco 2801 + WIC-1T PROBLEM

Hi all,

I'm a Korean engineer and I have problem,,, so I posted this issue.

Was WIC-1T NOT supported on CISCO 2801?

Actually, at first time, The LED on WIC-1T was light on,

But, taking cable from WIC-1T, and after time goes by about 10 minutes, I inserted cable to the WIC-1T again!

No light on...even though these are NEW one..!

hi,

you just need to check via the show diag command. please post the output.

you could also try to reseat (pull out/ insert in) or use the other free WIC slot.

Actually, we delivered it a month ago,

However, customer said that it was not worked properly.

No respond, no Light..

So, my customer took back it to us.

Anyway, if the item come to us, I'll give you commands that you required.
