Cisco 2811 input and ignored errors incrementing

Below is the sho int of the LAN and WAN interface of our 2811 (WAN) router. I'm seeing input errors and ignored increment at the same time on the LAN interface.  I have hard coded speed and duplex on this interface and the core switch interface.  You can see I cleared counters this morning, so what you see is less than a days worth.  Now, the WAN circuit size is only 10 Mb and I'm also seeing output drops on that interface. Utilization has hit close to 100% a few times today so I would expect that, but I'm trying to decipher overruns, oversubscription from  maybe a layer 1 issue somewhere.

Full-duplex, 100Mb/s, 100BaseTX/FX

What's the config of Fa0/0?  Is speed & duplex hard coded?

Yes it's hard coded.  I mentioned that in my original post.

Yes it's hard coded.

And this is the cause of the line errors.

Or not. The line errors were happening before when everything was set to auto.
