Hello.
I've configured l2tpv3 between 2 Cisco 2911 over WAN. Everything is working. Although all links and ports are GigabitEthernet throughput between these 2 routers are 80 mbits (non encrypted traffic). I've also statically configured all interfaces to 1 gbit speed and checked all scheme with directly connected 2 routers. But nothing changes. What could be a problem? There is no any documentation about maximum throughput for l2tp on Cisco 2911
P.S. All patch cords I used are Cat6 category.

What's your CPU stats look like when you're at 80 Mbps?
Cisco recommends a 2911 for up to 35 Mbps of WAN bandwidth. The router's performace varies, and is often can do more than 35 Mbps (as your 80 Mbps demostrates) but (especially) on ISRs, gig interfaces do not often mean gig performance.
