Hello, Sihanu.
I would say: it depends.
Try to review following document: http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/downloads/765/tools/quickreference/routerperformance.pdf
Surely the document describes only best-case scenario, so if you add NAT/ZBFW/IPSec, 2911 won't be enough for 100M links.
PS: for 100M I would suggest 2951 (to make sure you meat future requirements).
PS2: try http://anticisco.ru/pubs/ISR_G2_Perfomance.pdf, but I'm not sure how precise the document is.

2951 or a 3925/E or 3945/E would be sufficient.
But the hard question is what is your bandwidth going to be like three (3) years from now? These routers, to some small businesses, are expensive. Don't look at your bandwidth requirements now. Look at your bandwidth requirements for the next three years and size your router accordingly.
Let me give you a good tip: Whatever router model you choose, make sure you exercise the option to upgrade the DRAM up-to-the-eyeballs while you can.

The EHWIC cards are layer 2 interfaces only. If you are looking at adding additional routed ports, you need to be looking at something else.
