Re: CISCO 2921 Router Rebooting Automatically

At this stage hard to stay what is causing this auto reboot, since it says device come up with Power-on

here are steps to identify the issue.

1. check any Power Lead loose connection.

2. connect console and capture the logs when this situation happens again to identify what causing the issue.

3. you can try upgrading to a newer version and see if that fix the issue.

Re: CISCO 2921 Router Rebooting Automatically

There all around 5-6 CISCO devices in same data center and all are working fine. All devices are getting power from same source. how to identify if there is any attach on Router.

Re: CISCO 2921 Router Rebooting Automatically

Hello

Check the flash, bootflash or sup-bootflash: for any crashinfo files, You then should be able to read these files and find possible find a root cause for the reloads.

dir flash:
dir bootflash
more flash:crashinfo_xxxx
more bootflash:crashinfo_xxxx

kind regards
Paul
