Cisco 3750 High CPU Utilization question

I have a question that I can't seem to resolve on my Cisco 3750 Switch. Wondering if the
Cisco Community could help me with this issue.  My CPU utilization is at 99%-100% when

I use the command show processes cpu history for all 3 charts.  When I use the command

show processes cpu sorted it shows

PID     5sec      1Min        5Min      TTY   Process

50     90.94%   89.98%   90.98%     0    Collection process

Does anyone know the cause of this and how I can quickly remedy this problem.
