This looks like a hardware problem, probably the device will have to be replaced.

                - Check if there any more recent software versions (or and most recent) available to try

I have tried 2 IOS as below:

Recommended by CISCO: c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.157-3.M7.bin

and

c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-3.M10.bin

but the issue remains same

There are 2 Flash Ports mentioned as  CF 1 and CF 0 I used both but in vain. I am using 256 MB flash I have tried 128 MB but it showed me in compatible so I am using 256 MB now. the issue is still persist, I am needy as I have to resolve it today in any case please.

                                                       > I have to resolve it today in any case

That is by definition not guaranteed as this forum is populated by volunteers. If you have business requirements in that context you must make a ticket through Cisco TAC.

Further more , I can only suggest to factory reset the device and try again, if persistent  - it could be a hardware problem.

Right, Actually this is for that my company is asking me to resolve it today and I have no TAC option available so I am on my own and can only request to friends like you here.

Can you please guide me how to reset it in rommon becasue I have only below option available in rommon mode:

rommon 2 > ?
alias set and display aliases command
boot boot up an external process
break set/show/clear the breakpoint
confreg configuration register utility
cont continue executing a downloaded image
context display the context of a loaded image
cookie display contents of motherboard cookie PROM in hex
dev list the device table
dir list files in file system
frame print out a selected stack frame
help monitor builtin command help
history monitor command history
iomemset set IO memory percent
meminfo main memory information
repeat repeat a monitor command
reset system reset
rommon-pref Select ROMMON
set display the monitor variables
showmon display currently selected ROM monitor
stack produce a stack trace
sync write monitor environment to NVRAM

I have an option slot in DEsktop computer where I could connect this compact flash so I have connected and formatted it not there is not IOS in the flash so I connected this flash in my Cisco Router 3925 and run below command.

rommon 4 > dir flash:
program load complete, entry point: 0x4000000, size: 0x18fa0
Directory of flash:

rommon 5 >

Is it fine?

 - I am not an expert on this but I presume the flash card is not being recognized correctly , format as FAT16, then try again.

I am thankful you you my friend, what I have done is below:

1- After looking your post, I opened the Cisco 3925 Router by Hardware (Ejected its motherboard outside).

2- I have ejected DRAM DIMM (following link: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/2900/hardware/installation/guide/Hardware_Installation_Guide/Internal_Modules.html#35440)

3- Cleaned both my DRAM DIMM and re-connect it.

4- Then, after POWERED UP the Router, Boom it worked and I came to the CLI mode and now its fine, issue is resolved.

Thanks a lot for your response.
