Also I am unable to issue write mem command. When  I execute, following error appears.

Unable to read configuration. Try again later.

Can anyone please update me what could be the issue

Regards

Deva

When a syslog message includes Traceback information it is always the result of a software problem. I do not know what particular software problem this would be, but it is sure that there is some software problem. If this is covered by a maintenance contract then I would suggest opening a case with Cisco TAC since they have tools to intestigate the traceback.
