Hi, I got a 819 that I’m trying trying to reset. I turn on the power and at the same time press the reset button for 5 seconds. the result is the SYS led blinking green and nothing else, no connections on lan ports. Is this thing broken?

Hi,
I was able to console into the router and verify that's in ROMMON. It looks like it lost the firmware.
I want to explain some facts that I didn't before. This is an Allen-Bradley 1783-SR, a rebranded Cisco 819 that runs Cisco IoS tailored for AB. After searching around I found that I can use the xmodem command to at the console to download the required firmware through the ROM monitor. My experience is very limited but with a little time and searching the right articles I can get through this.
I would like to know if I have to create a directory in the flash before starting with the xmodem command? I'm a noob dealing with this.

Hello,
on a side note, shouldn't the five seconds be 10 seconds ?
