Hello,

What is the type of the 3G modem? Is there a possibility to try the modem on another router/device whether it is working fine? Other modem(s) are working fine?

I had a quick look at the decodes but such a crash was only seen once so far (as I can see) and after the modem was replaced, the crash did not reoccur and it could not be analyzed further.

If the same modem is working fine on another device and other modems cause crashing as well, it would be good to consider an IOS upgrade to the newest software as a first step.

Cheers,

Rose
