            Hello,

for a costumer i have replaced there old small home router with this cisco 886.

i have configurd the atm interface, and the dialer interface.

i get a ip adres in the dialer from the isp , and i have internet connection.

everyting works except it is VERRY SLOW if i check the internet connection speed it is 0.49 Mbps down and 0.42 Mbps up (speedtest.net)

normaly i would get almost 4 Mbps download !

i have checkt with Belgacom (isp) the cabel and everyting is ok ! (with the previos router full speed internet! )

no atm ilmi-keepalive

pvc 8/35

  pppoe-client dial-pool-number 1

interface Dialer1

mtu 1492

ip address negotiated

ip access-group naar-binnen in

ip nat outside

ip virtual-reassembly in

As mentioned before, usually it is due to bugs in DSL firmware, sometime IOS bugs.
