Cisco ASR 920 Series Router | Licence Detail

We are planning to buy ASR920 can someone please help me to understand the Inline below and purpose of the licence.

SP-AR3-ASR920ZD

SP-AR3-ASR920SI    

Both Looks like a contract for Hardware support but not sure.

SP-AR3-ASR920SI means SP Base, Advanced Replacement (4 hours)

NOTE:  "4 hours" means, for hardware replacement, Cisco will provide you with a hardware replacement within 4 hours, any day of the week, day or night.

Can i know the difference between SP-AR3-ASR920ZD and SP-AR3-ASR920SI

Basically i want to know why below 2 licenses are required 

SP-AR3-ASR920ZD  : SP AR HW 24X7X4 Cisco ASR920 Series - 2GE and 4-10GE - D

SP-AR3-ASR920SI  : SP AR HW 24X7X4 Cisco ASR920 Series
