How can this be?

Cisco placed c1100 Series Router in Enterprise segment ( 0_0 ), and w/o SmartNet i can`t get answer from TAC.

In the issue i try buy new device with necessary to me feature, but this feature not in this device, and Cisco said: "Buy our SmartNet too, and we answered about your device is not supported feature" .....

Check your power supply. A 125w power brick must be used.

Can some knows wath part number or model 125W/150W power supply 4pin for topic device?

Please raise a TAC Case.
The ISR1K is a new model and a lot of the information(s) are scattered all over the place.

I bought this device for home use. I didn`t buy smartnet. But Cisco placed ISR1K into enterprise segment, and don`t responed any issues without SmartNet :-(((

Tell them you're making SALES inquiry.

If I have the C1111-8PLTEEAWB already out in the field can with 66w of power can the router spare power be be upgraded in the field?

Yes, you can get a bigger power brick and upgrade it but this will require a downtime.

Cisco PSU for this unit is  PWR-66W-AC-V2

Cisco PSU for this unit is  PWR-66W-AC-V2

Unfortunately, a 125w power brick don`t help me.

Cisco IOS Software [Fuji], ISR Software (ARMV8EB_LINUX_IOSD-UNIVERSALK9_IAS-M), Version 16.8.1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)

I'd recommend upgrading the firmware.

Unfortunately, I can`t download newer IOS without SmartNet.

May be, anyone help me download from https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286315006/type/282046477/release/Fuji-16.9.2 file c1100-universalk9_ias.16.09.02.SPA.bin
