cisco clock timezone command

I am configuring my switch and router as NTP clients. My NTP server is domain controller. It is working. What is the clock timezone  command for New York city?

should work as below example :

clock timezone NYC -5

clock summer-time NYCDST recurring 2 Sun Mar 2:00 1 Sun Nov 2:00
