Hello Everyone
We are facing a problem with Cisco CMC (Remote Phy) which is connected with Cisco uBR10000 (PRE5-RP, IOS-ubr10k5-k9p6u2-mz.122-33.CY1.bin).
The Cisco CMC running IOS version is 1.2.
In our DOCSIS Network, we have connected the 6 Cisco CMCs in different locations. They were working fine until few days ago. But in last 15 days, 3 CMCs has gone faulty. The CMCs are connected with UPS and there is not any power fluctuations related issue. Air ventilation is also proper.
We found the following logs from faulty CMC on console which prompt to login window but do not allow typing or accept any input from the console.
On uBR , it is not even ranging. Here are the logs from console and please suggest the solution.
