Cisco disaster recovery design

Dears,

I need helping for designing disaster recovery between two sites. The customer want 2 cisco catalyst 6500 series switch as core devices at each sites.

designing physical and logical connection between two 6500 swiches at each sites?(solution1)

which sites we need vss, which sw-es we need etherchannel??

Assuming this is a full disaster recovery scenario? If site one goes down, then site 2 becomes available? 

Any VPN in the mix?

yes full recovery but active active. for example one server is active site2, one of services or application is active site1 and other services are active in site2. 

but routers, asa is active standby.

Okay - so are you looking for VLAN failover? What is it you're trying to accomplish. Please provide a full scenario, so I can try to help :)
