Cisco ISR 3925 Redundancy setup

Hi,

 I am looking to setup up redundancy for our Cisco ISR 3925 routers. Please share a link to an example. 

Also does the router redundancy work same as an ASA active/standby setup? i.e. all the config automatically syncs to the standby unit and when failover happens the standby takes the active IPs.
