Cisco ISR4431 lost Gigabit Ethernet interfaces

after boot:

 

cisco ISR4431/K9 (1RU) processor with 7940760K/6147K bytes of memory.
1 Virtual Ethernet interface
8 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
32768K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
16777216K bytes of physical memory.
7081983K bytes of flash memory at bootflash:.

 

but after sh ver:

cisco ISR4431/K9 (1RU) processor with 7940760K/6147K bytes of memory.

Power down

take out and insert module NIM-ES2-4

Power on

and vu-alya

Hello,

 

do the interfaces actually show up in the running configuration, and can you configure the interfaces ?

no!
in sh run interfaces don't show and in conf mode i can't to configure it
!
interface GigabitEthernet0
vrf forwarding Mgmt-intf

shutdown
negotiation auto
