Hi,
I am facing weird issue. There is no option to take the calls in cisco jabber. Attach you can see the screenshot.
Any idea about this issue?

Jabber is installed in Windows Laptop. But this issue is not always. Reset jabber fix the problem. But is wondering what could be the reason.

very odd (as you obviously need the Answer/Decline option in the pop up window. What devices is this installed on ?

are these Windows 10 or 11 clients ? With the latest Jabber release (Release 14.1(1)) ?

Not sure on which windows version.
