cisco lre migration

hi,

we're using a WS-C2950ST-24-LRE Switch + a  Cisco LRE POTS Splitter to connect serveral external buildings. In the buildings we're using the Cisco 585 LRE CPEs.

Now the switch and splitter are end of life/service and there is no migration path suggested! Can anybody recommend replacement products? Installing new cables is not an option.
