Cisco POE switch 3750 and Nortel IP Phones

Hello.

We have a switch 3750 and we rty to connect Nortel 1120 ip phone phase 1 through power splitter

PD-PS-401/RA-NRTL

but when we connect the phone to the connector and the connector to the switch the phones doesnot power up.

Any ideas..

is that port providing power when u connect the phone direct to the SW

This type of phones needs power splitter
