CISCO ROUTER 3900

We want to purchase the router Cisco 3900 .i want to know that we have isp with 500mbps and 1gbps .so it is possible to maintain that isp on this router cisco 3900.

Cisco doesn't recommend anything in the 3900 series for 500 Mbps or gig.  For that bandwidth you might want to consider the top end models in the ISR 4k series.
