CISCO RV340 ROUTER : Deducting only one WAN and the other is not getting deducted

Hi all

I recently purchased CISCO RV340 to use with two internet connections, Both are lready connected to a Modem and then its been looped CISCO RV340 as a WAN connection.

WAN 1 is working when its connected directly but not via this router.

Can some one guide me on sorting out this issue.

are the WAN ports on the Cisco RV340 getting an IP address ? And if so, which one ?

Hi

The wan 1 port is connected  to a ISP, for which the IP number is not shown.Whereas the IP number for WAN 2 is visible.

I even tried entering the IP number given by the ISP provider, but that also failed to fetch the result.

The ISP provider is not supporting this router as they dont have the knowledge and they are limiting with the stmt that they will support only their modem

Any Help??

If the WAN 1 directly connected to ISP, i do not see any IP it show as down ?
