we have Cisco 3825 and we need to add E1 card
VWIC-2MFT-E1-DIR (is it support for 3825 )
WIC Slot 3:
E1 Drop&Insert (2 port) WAN daughter card with relays
WIC module not supported/disabled in this slot
CNR-Side-A(config)#network-clock-participate wic 3
WIC slot is empty or does not support clock participate
CNR-Side-A(config)#

Did you have any success with SDM? If so, could you provide some details regarding the username in which you had to config becasue I'm seem to experiencing the same config issues

You must make a username using the CLI before it will let you use the SDM and they have to have level 15 access. Also with the new version I noticed that it demands that you change any user named cisco before it will proceed into the main router config.
username myuser privilege 15 password mypassword
I can't say I'm a fan of the SDM at this point. Too many automated tasks for my liking. Looks like I'll be sticking with the CLI for a while.
