Short cut:

LAN Lite is slightly different hardware, which can't be upgraded to more advanced IOS.

It also has some limitations in whats possible to configure in terms on QOS.

LAN Base is somewhat limited in what the IOS supports, but not to the same degree as the Lite version.

But it can be upgraded with more advanced IOS if needed.

The IP base is for the Standard Multilayer Software Image (SMI) switches.

IP services image is for the Enhanced Standard Multilayer Software Image (EMI) switches in Cisco IOS  Software Release 12.2(25)SEB and later.
