Cisco wccp and Cisco ASA

Hi,

I wanted to know if the limitation included in this article is still true.

https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/asa-wccp-step-by-step-configuration/ta-p/3126636

This is the limitation:

The only topology that the adaptive security appliance supports is when client and cache engine are behind the same interface of the adaptive security appliance and the cache engine can directly communicate with the client without going through the adaptive security appliance.

Thanks

So I can have clients on a Vlan and WCCP server on a different VLAN, as long as they are both behind the same interface of the ASA, right?

yes that should work as expected.
