DHCP was enabled on server but above 255 IP DHCP do not work
Can you explain this one,
If i understand correctly you have /24 only support that IP only if you increase the subnet you get more IP like /23 500+ /22 1000+
If the budget permitts look for 3850 / 9300 switches, other side C2960X is not bad option too..but looking at high number of users, requirement getting bigger and bigger for bandwidth now a days.

yes you can do, are you looking to stacing the switches ? to accommodate 400 users ?
how is your user spread over distance ?

In CISCO WS C2960 X 48TS -IN we are plan to create VLAN of 3 diff. IP, In one IP we connect 100 to 150 nodes of three different network but the problem is that entire 400 nodes req. internet & for internet we want to connect firewall for internet excess the firewall ip req. to each node for internet but how can we provide same firewall ip to every 400 nodes bec. octet limitation is 255 for above we need routing function in same switch to route diff. in a single network so i want to conform is this switch is able to do the same or it will cover in higher series in same model ?

This is again what kind of user Traffic here for 400 users.
If you looking stable and good one go for 3850 or 9300 switches. they can able to handle good amount of traffic.
you can created VLAN interface in the switch for the user Gateway. you can increase subnet mask to /23 /22 to add more users in one subnet.(if you like to), but good to have different subnet od /24 (rather all in one broacast domain).
if your FW should able to NAT for the internal IP addres ranges
