Dear Experts,
We have two Cisco WS-C2960XR switches (Cisco IOS Software, C2960X Software (C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.0(2)EX5,RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1))
Would like to create Switch Stack between these Switches. Please share the practical steps to create 2960 XR Stack for two switches along with command line.
Regards

Thanks Philip,
I also found this document on internet while searching, But this is more or less not capturing practical or real step by step process, despite more focussing on Stack feature.
Please share if you have any reference for real configuration.

There isn't much to do. Plug in the two stacking modules. Connect port 1 on one switch to Port 2 on the other, and the other two remaining ports together (this is on the stacking modules).
Turn on the switch you would like to be the master switch first, wait 10s, turn on the other switch.
Once both switches are booted up they will act like a single switch with a single config.

Hi,
We purchased Cisco 2960XR IP lite switch 2nos. without stack module. We are going to connect HP Server 2nos. with cluster mode in to these switches. Please let me know how to connect these switches with HA without stack. Also Please let me know which IOS version will support for L3 routing in this switch.

You will have basic ip routing functionality out of the box. At most, you would need to enter the "ip routing" command.
There is no where enough information to provide advice on how to recommend that you connect them together.,

Thanks,
We bought one more Switch and these two Cisco 2960XR with IP lite image needs to be connected with stack. Please let us know the physical stack port connectivity between these switches and stack configuration. Is that HSRP required if we connect and configure stack ? Please confirm.

Without stack?
Not remotely possible.
