Hi
does it work globally as a workaround ? just clear counters , see if it clears them that way

could be a bug in the software , what image are you running ?

Last clearing of "show interface" counters 00:00:06

Hi,

The image is:

Uptime for this control processor is 24 weeks, 1 day, 4 hours, 38 minutes
System returned to ROM by PowerOn at 19:29:42 MET Thu Nov 22 2018
System restarted at 02:19:23 MET Tue Feb 12 2019
System image file is "bootflash:isr4400-universalk9.16.05.01b.SPA.bin"
Last reload reason: PowerOn

Hi
that software is not available for download looking through the active list anymore below so i cant see the release notes to see if there is a bug , you could run the show tech through the cli analyzer or open a TAC case or just upgrade to a newer recommended image
