CLI SNMP GET ip address v3 OID - router to remote device to get value

Cisco Router - First thing, no I am not going to use snmp browser.. etc.

This has to be from the router to the device using the cisco command line 

snmp get  ip adddes v3 oid ..... 

I just need to get the value of the OID values

The v3 keeps asking for a community string which is wrong that would be v1 or v2c?
