Our Cisco CMX 10.6.3 is not syncing with our NTP server and so I found some information and tried to use it namely https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/mse/10-6-3/cmx_config/b_cg_cmx1063/performing_administrative_tasks.html#id_97740. But after following the directions we get this information listed below. The NTP server IP address is configured and the CMX and the NTP server are in the same Vlan and no firewall are in between. Any assistance would be great.
