Connect customer to A9K-4X100GE-SE or A9K-4x100GE port?

Is it better to connect a customer to an A9K-4X100GE-SE or A9K-4X100GE port?  The -SE means service edge, so better to connect the customer to the -SE card?

The -SE card will have more features available, better QOS, etc?

This is because the -SE card has more memory? more cpu?

The optics used are different on each card?  CPAKs on the -SE and QSFP on the non-SE.

Why do they use different optics?

thanks

Its all depends on the requirement and presentation you looking to deliver - you can ask local sale partner for the requirement he can suggest to you.

still you looking to know more below guide help you. :

I have a router with free A9K-4X100GE-SE or A9K-4X100GE ports.  The -SE card uses CPAKS, the non-SE card uses QSFP optics. I have optics available for either card.

All else being equal, are there benefits to connecting a customer to an -SE card?  Memory? CPU? Features?  One or the other card supported for longer than the other?

thanks,

Andy

May be i am sure there is a reason for that technically (i am not sure) - worth check cisco partner when you buying and they may have better explanation.
