Controller interface is showing looped

Hi,

I am seeing the following status on T1 controller after test the circuit with carrier. But the serial interface show up. What does this means? why the controller showing the loop status

Router>show controllers t1 1/1 brief

T1 1/1 is up. (Line looped (inbound CSU code))

Please advice me.

Telco has forgot to remove remove loop code, as the router is telling you.

Reboot and if thats doesn't fix, call telco again.

We confirmed with Telco and they have normalized the circuit already. But the same serial interface shows up and i could ping the neighbor end IP without fail.

May be a cosmetic bug, shut / no shut the controller and might go away.
