I have to configure Router below. (I plan to use HSRP)

I want you to advise me which diagram is efficient.

Actually, I don't know what firewall use Layer mode (L2 or L3) -> this will be confirmed tomorrow.

In this point, if you know well, please let me know yours.

*Router : Cisco 2901/K9

Plus, basically, where is firewall located ? 

Maybe should I change router and firewall's location?

#2 and #3 both have a single point of failure.  You might consider #3, but add one more switch at the top, so it mimics the #3 at the bottom.  This ALSO potentially allows you to have physical diversity for your WAN connection and firewalls, if it makes sense for your facility.
